You must be acting in your own personal capacity and for your own personal entertainment. You may not register an Account on behalf of another person or as a representative of any corporate entity. Tokek88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact our support team immediately.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, Tokek88 requires Players to complete identity verification in accordance with our KYC procedures. Required documents typically include a valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's License), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and in some cases a selfie holding the submitted identity document. KYC verification is a one-time process and is typically completed within 24–48 hours of submission.
The Tokek88 Platform and all associated Services are provided solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree to use the Platform only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
Tokek88 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for lawful personal gaming purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your device, internet connection, and software meet the minimum technical requirements necessary to access the Platform. Tokek88 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian-approved payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating institutions), direct bank transfer, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change and Tokek88 reserves the right to add or remove payment options at its discretion with reasonable notice to Players.
All deposits and Account Balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed receipt. Tokek88 does not bear responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations between initiation and confirmation of a cryptocurrency transfer.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. Generally, minimum deposits range from MYR 10 for e-wallets to MYR 50 for bank transfers. Maximum deposit limits also apply and are shown at the point of deposit.
You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your Tokek88 Account are legitimately owned by you and are not derived from any illegal or unlawful activity. Any suspicion of deposits linked to money laundering, fraud, or other illicit activity will result in Account suspension, notification to relevant authorities, and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.
Withdrawals may only be requested by Players who have: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) met all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus; (c) not exceeded their account withdrawal limits; and (d) maintained an Account in good standing with no pending disputes, investigations, or compliance holds.
Tokek88 targets the following processing times for withdrawal requests by verified Players: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within under 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers within 5–15 minutes; and direct bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes. These are target timeframes and may be affected by banking hours, network conditions, or compliance reviews.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the point of withdrawal. Players may only withdraw to payment methods previously used for deposit or pre-registered and verified in their Account. Tokek88 may, at its sole discretion, request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
Where possible, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect Player funds. Exceptions may be granted at Tokek88's discretion, subject to additional verification.
All bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, VIP rewards, and any other promotional incentives offered by Tokek88 are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual offer. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements indicate the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, where stated) must be wagered. For example, a wagering requirement of 10× applied to a MYR 100 bonus means MYR 1,000 in qualifying wagers must be completed before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the Tokek88 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
Tokek88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, without prior notice, where: (a) there is a suspected breach of these Terms; (b) fraud, collusion, or money laundering is suspected; (c) the Account holder is found to be ineligible under Section 3; (d) there are unresolved disputes regarding identity or payment; or (e) Tokek88 is required to do so by applicable law or regulation.
Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting Tokek88 support. Upon closure, any remaining Balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus-related obligations) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to KYC verification and standard withdrawal processing procedures.
Players who wish to restrict their access to the Platform for responsible gambling reasons may apply for a voluntary self-exclusion period.
